Rosary Confraternity---Please Help!

by Justine

My question is how do you join the Rosary Confraternity? I've been having a difficult time doing so because I have tried sending an enrollment form to the Rosary Center. However, I have not been informed as to whether or not I am already part of the Confraternity. But I think it's because I don't write my address, tel. number, and the other details except my name and e-mail address. Problem is, I cannot write any very personal information because my parents would not approve of that and would also not approve of receiving mails or something out of the blue from a mailman. I want to join the Confraternity in secret because I am sure that my parents would say yes to me joining but not the receiving of mails or giving of personal details. I cannot snailmail as well because I would be disturbing my parents since they'd be the ones to send the snailmail. I cannot put the snailmail in the post office myself because I don't have a car and I don't go out of the house alone since I am not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Ask Permission
by: The Rosary Team

This is the address for enrolling in the Rosary Confraternity: The Rosary Center, PO Box 3617, Portland, OR 97208, USA. You can also enroll online by visiting http://www.rosary-center.org/nconform.htm.

I see you have already enrolled online but you are not sure whether or not your enrollment went through because you were unable to provide personal information.

It is always best to be obedient to your parents. Ask them to help you enroll. When you have gotten permission from your parents to supply your address, the Rosary Confraternity will send your official enrollment papers so you will know you are enrolled. They do send a monthly newsletter in the snail mail, but you could request not to receive them.

If you really feel this is impossible (asking your parents permission) then you should just continue on assuming your enrollment has been successful and ask Our Lord to send you all the spiritual benefits that go along with being a member of the Confraternity.

The Confraternity

Here is the official site for the Confraternity:

http://www.rosary-center.org

I understand your post, but the Confraternity is quite alright in being private with your information. Usually they only ask that you have your name enrolled, and they usually will send a little certificate which states you are enrolled. You could ask questions just by email to them from the site, I would imagine. This would require you give a physical address, even if you apply online. I urge you to join, as there are many benefits for being a part of it, and it is a great way to promote the rosary as well.

Ask your parents to look at the site and approve for you to join. I would imagine that they would benefit as well, and it would be a great family blessing for you all to recite the rosary together as a family. God Bless You and your family.

Fourth Rosary Promise
The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
