Prayers Answered!!

2010 was my final year of high school, I sat for my A-level exams and I failed really badly. I was really disappointed and I felt all my hopes and dreams had been washed away. My grandmother is very prayerful and my Catholic faith is where it is now because of who she is. When I had almost cried all the life out of me when I got my results she gave me the book, Secrets of the Rosary. I read the book and immediately I started the 54-day rosary novena, praying for a university place, a visa and money for my tuition. September 2011 I enrolled with the University of Swansea, given my poor A-Level results I had to do a foundation year, afraid of failing again I started another rosary novena, my intentions were, success in school and for me to also come out of the monthly newsletter as part of the excelling students and lastly for a grant or scholarship on merit.

I have just received my results and I had straight A's and I was mentioned twice in the January newsletter and I am still hoping for that scholarship.

Nothing is impossible with the rosary, this is what my gran always told me and I know its true because I have experienced it for myself and we all can.

Don't take the prayer for granted: Remember Oh most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence I come unto you, Oh Virgin of virgins my mother, to you do I come before you I stand sinful and sorrowful. Oh mother of the word Incarnate, despise not my petition but in your mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
