Prayer Asking Penance & Forginess Of My Sins

My Lord Jesus,
I would pray asking for penance & forgiveness because of my sins. I know that
I have a done many wrong thing & sinful in lifetime. I would pray God may
clean & wash my sin from body & soul. Please forgive for heavy sin that I
have to family & others I commit. before that go Church for mass cause
family situation. A lot of Please strengthen my faith in daily life cause to
changed my messy & horrible in past. I know that I am weak & not 100% perfect
but give a change for repentant. my life & sin
