I Want To Know The Right Day Of Praying The Rosary

by Myra
(Israel)

I’ve been praying the rosary since I was a little girl, my grandma and my aunt taught me how to pray, and as what I’ve learned from them, that Monday and Thursday is Joyful mystery. Tuesday and Friday is sorrowful mystery and Friday, Saturday and Sundays Glorious mysteries. Is this right?

Two Methods of Assigning Days
by: The Rosary Team

Hence many people follow this new method of assigning mysteries to particular days. You can continue praying the traditional method if you like.

Fourth Rosary Promise
The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
