Fatima - A Trip That Changed My Life Back To God

by Annie Croft
(Australia...Down Under)

I went to Rome to see the Pope in 2005. (It had been 40 years since; as an 18 year old I went to work in Rome as an au-pair (nanny) for a year).

It was a fabulous time. I also went to Assisi to see St. Francis & The Holy Relic. That too was just lovely. The Relic was the Hand of St. Francis.

But Fatima...Fatima was so powerful! That’s when my 'faith' was fully restored, FULLY restored...with a surge of devotion!! For me, that's a miracle! I had wandered away through hard times, and now 'I'm back’.

I had some years ago read about the 'Three Secrets of Fatima'. One was that the bullet that the assassin shot Pope John Paul with was later put in the crown of Our Lady. I just had to see that for myself!!!! The whole grounds and surroundings felt holy. People were just happy to be there. No loud voices; it was calm, so calm.

I would recommend the trip to everyone. Beautiful! A Coach tour, not too dear but nice places to stay, delicious food, lovely new people. I bought a stack of things from the shop at Fatima. It was as cheap as chips. Food was great.

It was something I will NEVER forget.

Fourth Rosary Promise
The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
