Rosary While Exercising
by: Jeremy Garton

Absolutely one can pray the rosary while exercising! I do my rosary while on the treadmill, when I drive, while hunting in my stand, while waiting in any waiting room, anytime is a good time for your rosary!

In silence or out loud, God and His Mother will know your intentions and if you offer it up, your time and pray, it will be blessed. Think about it, it is much better to do a half hearted rosary than to listen to some head banging music or to watch the tv while exercising.

Offer it up the best you can, tell God your thoughts, something like: "Lord, I know that my body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, so I ask you to accept my prayers and intentions from all my rosaries while I am working out and let each word be a benefit to my soul, body and for those I Pray for during my workout".

God Bless you, work hard and pray hard, Jeremy Garton

Fourth Rosary Promise
The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
